UzTEA va Mahorat & Menedjment

UzTEA and Mahorat & Management organized a series of courses for teachers and students of levels A1-C1 on the formation of coaching (repetition) competencies and training of trainers. In courses:
- Language skills;
- Methodical approach;
- Preparation for each lesson;
- efficiency at the level of education;
- pedagogical technology:
- use and creation of open resources;
- ensuring the quality of education at the international level;
- highlights issues such as professional development at the international level.

During all classes, students receive two certificates for obtaining the status of a trainer, evaluator and monitoring methodologist:
I. Successful teachers receive a "Certificate of Achievement as Trainer, Moderator, Coordinator, Evaluator" appropriate to their level.
II. As a result of transparent evaluation, teachers whose results during the course are unsatisfactory can receive a "Certificate of Achievement as an Intern". Classes are held almost every weekday.

Working seminar-training "Development of professional standards".

On March 16, 2022 in the building of the Institute of Professional Innovation Management and Retraining and Advanced Training of Teachers will be held a working seminar on "Development of professional standards" within the framework of the Professional Education System outlined in the "Road Map". training was conducted. The seminar-training was attended by managers and specialists of the Food Enterprise, with whom there was a conversation on staff development and evaluation. The heads of the departments acquainted the seminar participants with the step-by-step information on the processes and types of activities that take place in the enterprise, the rules of labor law. At the end of the seminar, it was agreed to organize a small excursion to the company, led by the heads of food companies, to participate in future training.

Project of Helvetas Swiss Intercooperation “Supporting Vocational Education Reform in Uzbekistan (SVRP)” The main phase of the project started on December 1, 2021 and will last until December 31, 2024. Accordingly, the plan was drawn up for one and a half days on January 18 and 19 of this year. The work of the working group was carried out in the building of the Institute of Pedagogical Innovations, Management of Vocational Education and Retraining and Advanced Training of Teachers under the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The seminar was attended by professional associations, international organizations and experts. During the seminar, local and international experts provided explanations to the questions asked by the participants on the presentation. On the same day, representatives of the Association of English Language Teachers of Uzbekistan, which is implementing the project "Support to Vocational Education Reform in Uzbekistan (SVRP)", presented and actively participated in the discussions.

Achievements in 2021.

We are seeing off the amazing year 2021, which gave us not only pleasant memories, expansion of the team by joining energetic people with valuable experience, but also new challenges and new adventures. We have learned to work more successfully, study and communicate remotely, despite our age, opportunities and the presence of the necessary conditions. Our association also participated in this process, I would say, won in many ways, as a non-governmental and non-commercial organization. So, what am I, as the head of the Association, grateful for in 2021?
1. For the fact that he facilitated our endless bureaucratic stages of communication with teachers. We communicate with you directly and invite you to weekly webinars, which we look forward to with pleasure and nominate the best and most proactive teachers of our association. I want to highlight these teachers separately, because they understand what kind of science it is to be able to speak in front of other teachers. They don't wait for certificates, they just understand that when you are happy yourself, happiness needs to be shared. The more you share it becomes even more.
2. For the fact that government bodies began to cooperate with us more actively, they began to believe in us as partners and we received our first grant from parliament to fulfill the state order of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education.
3. For the fact that we have signed a memorandum of cooperation with the non-governmental educational organization www.mahorat.org on the creation of an international magazine www.raled.org. This platform will help leading members of the association go further with their creative research projects, discuss and implement these projects with colleagues.
4. For the fact that we have resumed the UzTEA-YLDP-2022 project and launched a new UzTEA-YАDP (Young analytics development project).
5. And finally, for the fact that we continue our partnership with the US Embassy and received another grant aimed at the introduction of advanced technologies and the development of 'Digitalization in Pedagogy'. We expect this grant, aimed at creating early lessons on teacher values in early childhood education, will begin to expand as an open platform for educators in Russian, Uzbek and English.

On December 18 this year, in the building of the Association of Teachers of the English Language of Uzbekistan, a training workshop was held with trainers and consultants of the project "Creation of an educational and regulatory framework and methodological support for the implementation of a dual training system in the vocational education system." It discussed the development of professional standards for the professions selected for the purpose of the project and examples from international practice. During the training, the methodology for the development of professional standards in the Republic of Uzbekistan in the field of the food industry, developed by GIZ experts, was presented. By the Resolution of the Parliamentary Commission for the Management of the Public Fund for Support of Non-Governmental Organizations and Other Civil Society Institutions under the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan (hereinafter referred to as the Fund) dated August 23, 2021, No. 16. The Association was declared the winner and received a grant for the implementation of the Project.

Tasks for project implementation:
